This is my favourite easy chocolate chip cookie recipe! They come together really quickly, use minimal ingredients, and taste amazing. Since they’re made with tub margarine, you don’t need to wait for any butter to soften, and they also don’t use any eggs (so no need to worry about egg safety!). Plus, they can be made vegan if you’d like (using plant-based milk).
Baking recommendation: I like to bake mine at 375F for 10 minutes (for cookies that are ~2 tbsp of dough each) – I find it gives them the best golden/crispy edges and chewy centre.
